Need to be held accountable with news they provide.. I fully get it that to be the 1ST in reporting is a huge huge ad in their favor.... But reporting less than the FULL truth is killing all news reports... (This isn't a left-right idea).

Many well educated folks have stopped listening to ALL news because of incomplete facts. This shooting in VB is a perfect example. I could go -on and on about it.
Got a haircut this morning and listening to the stories were beyond this world!

I agree, DPB, that we need more honest, unbiased, reporting.

I learned a long time ago that when you know the details of a story that is being reported on by the media, that they often get details very wrong. And that's BEFORE their biases are woven into the story. It's important to have a mature filter when reading or listening to any news report.

Having said all that, let's have some "inside" barbershop stories. They are often much more accurate than the media. We want the truth.

A barber is cutting a man's hair. The barber finishes and without a word walks to the corner of the shop, unzips and takes a piss. The customer says, Why are you pissing in the corner of your shop?" The barber says, "I don't care. My lease is up tomorrow and I'm closing up." "Wow" says the customer, "How much do I owe you for the haircut?" The barber says, "12 bucks." The customer hands him a 20 and he goes to the register to get his change. A minute later the barber looks up from the register and the customer has his pants down and is taking a shit in the center of the shop. The barber runs out from behind the register screaming, "Why are you taking a shit in the middle of my shop!?!" The man replies, "Hey, you're leaving tomorrow. But I'm leaving NOW!"

"unbiased" .... that's not what I;m talking about... I want just the facts with no commentary. And I know it isn't easy. But when you read/hear the word "indescrimbably" shooting.. Then the next day you read that He shoot his supervisor. Now in simple terms why was that word interjected at all.. One word changes the entire meaning possibly..at least to me.
